For Prohibited Firearms Buyer must possess:
- a valid F.A.C., and must have owned one or more Prohibited handguns consecutively since February 1995, or
- a valid P.A.L. with Section 12(6) Prohibited Handgun status (as printed on the back).
Buyers who are not purchasing for the purpose of Collecting should be members of a gun range and have a valid membership card.
A valid F.A.C. is still required for used firearms.
Accuracy of firearms cannot be guaranteed, if the used firearm does not function buyer has 7 days to contact store and return it for an in store credit.
